Pumpkin Fries

Ingredients

for 4 persons :

  • 1 pumpkin
  • salt & pepper, paprika
  • Parsley

Direction

  • Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds and filaments.
  • Cut the pumpkin meat into small sticks and let them dry out on a paper towel.
  • When the oil is hot (160° – 180°), dip the sticks and fry them for about 3 minutes.
  • Take the fries out of the oil and put them on a paper towel. Your fries are now ready and you just have to sprinkle them with salt and pepper or paprika powder.

Here’s a little tip: you can also fry parsley to accompany your pumpkin fries!
