- 1 pumpkin
- salt & pepper, paprika
- Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds and filaments.
- Cut the pumpkin meat into small sticks and let them dry out on a paper towel.
- When the oil is hot (160° – 180°), dip the sticks and fry them for about 3 minutes.
- Take the fries out of the oil and put them on a paper towel. Your fries are now ready and you just have to sprinkle them with salt and pepper or paprika powder.
Here’s a little tip: you can also fry parsley to accompany your pumpkin fries!
